Due to the volume of assets we look at and work on, we see many more property types and tenants than many local and regional banks and we are always here to lend a helping hand. It is also common for banks to get a loan package from a borrower directly and they often do not have time to sort through the whole deal and underwrite it in its current state. We work with lenders across the country to package a deal correctly and re-submit it.
